The short version

We only collect what we need to sell you our Shopify theme, deliver it, and keep things running smoothly. We don't sell your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Order info: your name, email, billing details and what you bought. Payments go through Shopify — we never see your full card number.
• Account/contact info: the email you use to get your theme files, receipts, and product updates.
• Site usage: basic analytics (pages viewed, device, country) so we can improve the product. No fingerprints, no shady tracking.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order and send you the theme files.
• To send receipts, important account emails, and updates.
• To answer support questions and fix bugs.
• To improve the product and our marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the tools that help us run the business — like Shopify (checkout & payments), our email provider (receipts and updates), and analytics. They're contractually required to keep your data safe. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use a few essential cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site performance. You can clear them anytime in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, update, or delete the personal data we have about you. Just email us and we'll take care of it within a reasonable time frame.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as we have to for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing data is removed when you unsubscribe.
